The Synergie Cellulite System offered by the Wellness Spa is a gentle vacuum massage system that sculpts and reduces the signs of cellulite on your body. This cellulite system is the first device approved by the Food and Drug Administration in 1999 for use with clients.  It has been copied by other systems, which clients tell us “hurts and may bruise skin”.  Synergie doesn’t.

The Wellness Spa on 5th Avenue offers a two-tier program:

Phase I -This is the most effective program to see the best and long-lasting results.

You will come in for a session twice a week for two months (8 sessions). You will be measured, and weight recorded at the first and last session. There are a few important dietary considerations to follow. It is imperative that you NOT drink tap water, but use filtered or reverse-osmosis water during this time. We can give you suggestions as to the best and cleanest water.

Also, we ask that you add to your diet at least 50% organic foods to reduce your overall toxic load of your body . Plus the day of your session you need to drink at least 2 – 3 liters of pure, filtered water. You also need to participate in some type of movement – walking or aerobics are fine.

If you cannot come in twice a week, you can spread the program out to once a week. Please be aware your results will be slower and less dramatic.

Phase II – This is the follow-up maintenance program where you come in once a month to maintain your new smooth appearance.

Since cellulite is believed to be formed by the accumulation of toxins and wastes in the lymphatic fluid, causing stagnation and congestion in the tissues and cells, all efforts to further detoxify your system will support and enhance your body’s response to the Synergie Cellulite Sessions.
