From the information on this website, you are probably aware that the Wellness Spa is closely associated with the School of Integrated Healing, where we teach hypnotherapy and healing, and Wellness  Coaching.  Hypnotherapy, especially the way we facilitate it, is a gentle, safe form of relaxation where you go into your inner world to access memories, events and people to deal with your feelings around them.
